Three one-to-one sessions
Session 1: Revision and Exam Techniques

Your teenager will explore how they learn best, whether that is through seeing, hearing or doing. Revision strategies are then tailored to suit their natural learning style, helping study time feel more effective and less frustrating.
They will also learn practical, realistic ways to revise more confidently, including memory techniques, planning tools and simple approaches that reduce overwhelm when preparing for exams.
Session 2: Managing Exam Stress and Anxiety

The exam period can bring up strong emotions such as fear, frustration and self-doubt. Your child will learn how to recognise these early and respond to them more effectively, rather than feeling overwhelmed by them.
They will develop a clear understanding of the difference between stress and anxiety, how each can surface during exams, and practical ways to manage nerves, reduce overwhelm and stay calmer under pressure.
Session 3: Looking After Yourself During the Exam Period

Your teenager will learn why sleep, nutrition, exercise and rest matter for concentration, memory and mood. We help them create small, realistic routines that support both wellbeing and performance during exams.
The session also includes clear, empowering goal-setting exercises focused on self-care and academic progress for the exam period ahead.
